Summary of this Course
If you have an interest in the 2nd Coming and the scriptural prophecies of the events of the Last
Days (our day) then this is the course for you! We do not engage in speculation but stick to
scriptural prophecies and hopefully will add to your knowledge understanding of what the
scriptures and prophets have said about our day and what is to come.
Course content focuses on the prophecies and words of Jesus Christ first and from there explores
Old Testament prophecies of Isaiah, Daniel, Ezekiel, and Jeremiah, but will also include other
key prophets who saw our day and wrote about it; Nephi, Moroni, John the Beloved in the Book
of Revelation, sections in the Doctrine & Covenants, etc.
A particular emphasis will be given to personal relevance, application, and preparation for the
prophesied events of the Last Days.
One of the more exciting discoveries is the role that Jerusalem and the Holy Land play in each of
the Prophecies of the Last Days.
Having a clear understanding of the history and some of the key stories relating to Jerusalem and
the Holy Land will bring remarkable clarity to the last day’s prophecies. This course will take us
on a journey through those prophecies and insights.
This course will also have many insights that come from The Power of Place as we share
insights, photos, and 360 videos of Jerusalem and the Holy Land from our visits of the Holy
Land. St. Jerome (345-420 A.D.) summarized it well when he said;
