Everything You Need to Know Before Your Trip
Planning a trip with a group should feel exciting, not overwhelming. Below are answers to some of the most common questions travelers ask before joining one of our experiences. If you need more information, our team is always happy to help.
Is it safe to travel to Israel right now?
This is the most frequently asked question and we totally understand it. Yes! If we are offering a Tour then we feel it is safe to go. We have a variety of individuals, sources, means and ways of determining if it is safe to travel to the sties on our Itinerary. We will NOT go if we feel it is unsafe. Our directors have spouses and families who love them and want them to return safely as well.
What if a Tour gets cancelled due to war or unrest?
Anderson Tours will refund you all funds given for services rendered. Anderson Tours cannot guarantee that hotel, airlines, or other providers will offer refunds but we will make every effort to obtain and return to participants all funds returned by providers. Most airlines give a minimum of one years time to use the flight credit and many of the in country providers offer the same. Most participants push their reservation to a later date in order not to incur cancellation fees and other non-refundable services by in country providers.
Is my deposit refundable?
Yes! We understand people have lives and things sometimes come up. We are one of the only travel companies to offer a full refund of deposits if cancelled before 30 days prior to travel.
What is the refund policy?
We have the most generous refund policy of any travel company. We offer full refunds on deposits for cancellations up to 30 days before travel. If it is cancelled by the Tour member within weeks of the departure date full refunds cannot be guaranteed, but we make every effort to give a full refund.
Are there any hidden costs?
No! We are emphatic about this. Our prices are comprehensive and generally include everything except lunches because we are out and about and allow participants time to get what they would like. Beware...Some companies offer a very low price but then tack on several hidden costs.
