Youth Programs

Deep and powerful

Youth will learn in a deep and powerful way about the House of Israel and how they fit into this Covenant relationship and what it means to be from the tribe of Ephraim or Manasseh, etc.

They will retrace the Life of Christ chronologically, then as we leave Jerusalem youth will take the same route that Lehi and family took as they "left Jerusalem and went down by the borders of the Red Sea" (1 Nephi 2:5)

After reliving the first part of the Book of Mormon they will enjoy visiting Petra, Jordan (one of the 7 Wonders of the World) and then relive the Old Testament Exodus as they visit Egypt, climb Mt Sinai, and wander in the same Wilderness that Moses and the Children of Israel.

The wonders of Egypt will blow their minds and also prepare them in a really unique way for their Temple endowment as they study and become acquainted with the Egyptian Temples (who had an imitation of the original endowment).

This Youth experience is unique, and powerful and compact into a 17 day experience. It is difficult to put into words the depth and breadth of the power of this program and how it is like a "Bootcamp for the Youth Battalion of the Lord".

Gather-NOW Israel Youth Program for LDS Youth in the Holy Land

The Baptists have a similar program called, “Covenant Journey”.

In 2007 the founders realized the importance of Christians experiencing the Holy Land to strengthen their faith and better understand the Bible. In 2014 Covenant Journey (A corporate expression of Christian believers) was realized and the program was launched. A ministry for college age students providing an “immersive experience in Israel designed to strengthen their Christian faith.” Each participant pays only $500 and the rest is subsidized. We are now very excited to introduce the bold idea of a Gather-NOW Israel Youth Program for LDS Youth in the Holy Land (and other scriptural locations). Consider the power and impact this will have on our Youth and Single Adults!

This program will grow as quickly as we are able to procure donors and more scholarships. If you know of anyone who would like to participate as a donor, director, or participant PLEASE send them this information and put us in touch.

We feel this inspired program will have a powerful and dramatic affect on the Youth of the Noble Birthright!

Youth Can Travel for Free

The wonderful part of this program are that special and consecrated donors have made scholarships available so that finances do not become a barrier for Youth to have this experience. (We also want to make this available for our international Youth as well by training directors who speak various languages, etc.).

Background & History

If you have spent any amount of time in Jerusalem and the Holy Land you will see many, many "Birthright Israel" youth groups by the dozens...all over the country.

In 1999 a generous group of Jewish philanthropists created a Birthright Program for Jewish Youth ages 18 – 26 called “Birthright Israel”. This is an all-expense paid trip (10-days) for any Jewish youth. In 2022 Over 48,000 youth participated in the program and they have sent over 850,000+ participants from 68 different countries since its inception. This is remarkable!

In 2016 Dr. Clark Anderson became obsessed with the concept of an LDS Youth Program similar to "Birthright Israel" but for Youth of the Church of Jesus Christ who have the Covenant responsibility for the Gathering of Israel, etc.
